Membership Terms

Annual Fee: $500 for independent hotels, due annually.

Renewal: You will be invoiced annually to continue your membership.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your account portal or by contacting support at support@ecspexaire.com.

Communications: By joining, you agree to receive sales, newsletters, and service-related information to stay informed and maintain service levels.

Refund Policy: No refunds after 30 days of payment.

Privacy: Your data is handled securely per our Privacy Policy.
